We are committed to protecting the public health, while respecting the environment, as we guard the investment our customers have made in their homes and businesses.

We fulfill this obligation by improving techniques for managing existing systems and by increasing access to new wastewater treatment technologies as we design, construct, and maintain a proactive wastewater management program for individuals and communities willing to be better stewards of their environment.

Vision Statement

As the communities of Michiana continue to grow with new homes built beyond the reach of municipal sewer, new technologies will have to address the needs for wastewater treatment and disposal. At A&R, we continue to look for technologies that will allow for remedying situations that threaten public health, clutter or contaminate the environment, and seriously diminish the value of the homes and properties in these communities. A&R Wastewater Management, Inc. has been serving Michiana for over thirty years. Our commitment to our mission statement only gets stronger and more focused as we continue to grow. The result of our growth will provide security to our family and the employees of A&R and their families as resource for income, professional pride, and community stewardship.

Key Objectives

Identify failed wastewater system conditions when encountered and offer solutions that promote the concept of individual responsibility towards protecting the public health of the community.
Be the “go to” resource for educational literature, accurate professional answers, and personal consultation in matters that involve systems for the onsite treatment of residential and small commercial wastewater, grease residuals for food processors, and
Act as an archive for first-hand information based upon accurate data collection and experienced analysis in wastewater management.
Identify the appropriate resources, consult with individuals from each of the related fields, get agreement on levels of participation, and achieve resolution by listening, contemplating, and reacting in a proactive and professional manner.
Build a network of professional tradesmen and make them available for ascertaining and satisfying both the apparent and latent needs of our valued customer base.
