CARE Management Program
CARE Management is the gold standard in wastewater management for all septic systems. CARE Management is a comprehensive maintenance program that establishes critical monitoring points (CMP) for proactive septic system monitoring, that allows homeowners or business owners, to flush it and forget it. The best part of the CARE Management program is the 15 year warranty.
CARE Management Program – 15 year performance warranty – The gold standard in wastewater management:
A start-up fee is required. The start-up includes a water meter with installation, and a distribution box riser. Why does one need a water meter for the CARE Management program? Water meters are essential because the Indiana State Department of Health determines the size of a septic system based on 150 gallons per bedroom, per day. So, if an individual has a four bedroom home, the gallons per day (GPD) would be 600 gallons. 600 gallons GPD is now considered the daily designed flow. The water meter is documented to ensure water usasge doesn't exceed DDF. As long as your GPD does not go over the DDF, the performance warranty is still active.
Service charges are eighty dollars per quarter or every six months, and a fifteen dollar credit is applied to the account for future A & R Wastewater Management services, regarding wastewater. For example, assume you are setup up for quarterly service and have paid a total of $320.00 dollars in service fees for one year ($80.00 per quarter). You have also accumulated $60.00 dollars in credits for the total year. The service intervals can be changed from quarterly to every six months, if applicable, but the amount of credits accumulated will change too. We will schedule appointments based on requests occasionally, but the purpose is to allow us to establish a routine for your CARE call that is automated. Think of us like the Gas, Electric, or Cable/Phone utilities, but for your wastewater needs, inside and outside the home.
What’s the benefit of a warranty, credits, and professional maintenance? In three to four years you have enough money saved up for a pump call, or whatever else may be needed in credits. You don’t have to spend money on anything, and you can keep accumulating the credits. We have licensed plumbers and can help with indoor plumbing as well. The program and performance warranty is transferable upon selling of the home or business, but the same GPD will be applied to the home or business. If a system was to fail prematurely within the 15 year time frame, A&R would supply all the labor at no charge and material(s) would be charged at cost. Contact the office for more information.
